Happy Wednesday to you! 🙂 This will be a quick post. I sponged this mani last night. I wanted something floral and girly. So I used China Glaze’s “Naked”. It’s such a pretty pink, reminds me of the crayola “ticke me pink” but with glitter. lol. I sponged this color first. I then used Confetti’s “Belle of the Ball”, which is a nice pastel, springy purple. I always go back and use the first color to help blend the two together. It came out really nice. I then took my white “skinny” nail polish and did a “not so good” flower pattern on my ring fingers and thumbs. lol. But, I like it. 🙂 Have a great day! God Bless!
Happy Memorial Day to you. It’s evening now but never to late to pay my respects to those in the military and those who gave their life for our country. I have brothers very close to my heart who have served and are serving:
1. David Caballero- United States Army
2. Robert Originales Jr.- United States Marine Corps. retired
3. Samuel Originales- United States Marine Corps.
Though small, this mani is my tribute to all of the service men and women who honor our country with their lives and for their familes who are behind them all the way. Thank you and God Bless!
I did some layering today. I wanted to post pictures and do a patriotic manicure for all my brothers who serve. I went with China Glaze’s “Frostbite” (a new addition to my collection, thanks to my friend). I did two coats of this. I then decided to use my ring finger as an accent finger for the American Flag. 🙂 I used tape (eeks!) and it came out fairly decent. I painted the base red, taped off with 3 strips, and painted over it in Sinful Colors’ “Snow Me White”. I then retaped again (after SV) and added “Frostbite” to the top and added more SV. I then used BM-206 (a star image) and stamped the tops of the blue I just taped. I hope you like it. I feel very unworthy to do this manicure, as I know the cost of having family in the service. Again, thank you.

Hi! Happy Saturday to you! I just want to give thanks to God and to my friend for a huge blessing I’ve received.
My husband and I were at church and I saw my friend, a sister in Christ, who I haven’t seen in a while. The life of being a grown up, lol. And she said she had polish she wanted to give me. I was so excited! I was expecting a few bottles, I’ll gladly recieve any blessing the Lord sends my way. 🙂 Well… she comes in with a small Bath-n-Body (woop!) bag full of polish! AHHHH! I almost cried, but she told me not to. lol. She blessed me so greatly I can’t even express it to you. I kept getting squeaky and insanely high pitched and clutching the bag to me. I’m crazy, yes. But insanely, crazily, BLESSED! Thank you, Jackie! From the bottom of my heart!
Here’s what I got in her goody baggy to me (sorry it’s a cell phone picture):
She have me 13 Orly , 4 Finger Paints, and 22 China Glaze polishes!
I expressed my gratitude all the more to her when I explained that I’m my addiction is based on a budget (lol) and that I’ve always wanted to buy these but they’re always so pricey. I am still just blown away. Thank you!!!!! ❤
Happy Friday to you! I hope your weekend is going great so far. I’m going to post really quick and do a product review.
About a month or two back, I was looking for a new moisturizing base coat. Went to Sally’s, where of course, you don’t know which one to choose. lol. I wound up getting one called Palladio; Moisture Surge.
I love this stuff!!! My nails had started peeling at the free edge. This stuff wiped that out! Wanted to share it with you and see what base coat you use? 🙂 Below are my nails without polish, just the moisture surge.
Keep in mind, I’ve never in my life (even as a young girl) had the super white free edge. Lol. And my tips are stained. A few months back when I got the Hunger Games collection in, one of them stained my nails. So it’s now grown out to my very tips. You can also see here, how much further my hyponychium has grown out. I can’t stop it. 😦 Even keeping them short for a while didn’t help. Blah. Ok. I’m done ranting about my nails. 🙂
HI!!!!!!!!!! I am back!!! 😀 thank you for your patience. I’ve been crazy busy and uploading all the pictures again takes some time to do.
I’ve still been painting my nails, just not as much due to the craziness of our schedule lately. We’ve also been getting ready for my little sister’s high school graduation. 🙂
This mani is awesome! l Not boasting in skills, but the color! I love this color combo! It reminded me of Iron Man. lol. The base is Sally Hansen’s “Golden-I” and I stamped using BM-210, with Orly’s “Naughty” which on the gold showed up much lighter than bottle or regular application. I hope you like them!
