Happy Monday to you! I hope your weekend was great! Mine was many blessings-full. The Lord is good. 🙂 I’d like to say congratulations to our good friends Sammy & Cynthia! They were united in marriage on Saturday. We are so happy for them! This mani is actually the one I wore for their wedding.
The base color is Color Club’s “Nomadic in Nude”. This color is a warm beige color. It’s a nude based color but due to my natural tan, you may not tell. But on others, it will definitely look nude. 🙂 Either way, I really like this color. It went great with my dress and their wedding. I did 2 coats of this and topped it off with Sv. I then stamped my ring fingers with Snow Me White-something soft and barely there. I used plate BM- 210. I then added small pink rhinestones to all of my fingers to accent them and give them subtle bling. This also went really well with my dress since it was a coral, pinky color. I hope you like it! All of these photos were taken with flash.
Thanks for stopping by! God Bless & have a great week!
Happy Saturday to you! I hope you had a great Friday. As for me, Friday night was awesome. God is good. My husband and I work closely with the Youth Pastor of our church. And God is doing amazing things there! Just feel like sharing that! 🙂 Also, I’m sick again. My throat hurts and my cough has come back. And it’s raining here. So no fun, but my nails sure are! lol.
Today’s post is a fun one. I’ve been working on better pairing my base colors with my stamping colors. And I realized, I don’t have very many creme based polishes. I have sooo many shimmers and glittery ones. I need to stock up on cremes. Anywho, my base color was Color Club’s “Shabby Drab”. (I also discovered today while going through my collection, I am drawn to blues. I have a lot of them.) I did 2 coats of Shabby Drab and then topped with my SV. I then used Ulta’s Purple Haze for stamping. This color is beautiful! It’s a very sheer and translucent color but it’s got lots of spunk. It has very fine glitter and it sort of has the duo-tone effect. I love it! So, I stamped with plate BM-211 from Bundle Monster.
I have a lot of pictures 1). Because I really liked this mani and 2). Because I could not only pick 2. 🙂 I hope you like them! Thanks for stopping by! God Bless!
It’s late. My husband and I are addicted to the show The Office. I’ve never been a fan of dry humor. It usually just annoys me and leaves no room for humor. I don’t know what it is about this show, but it makes me laugh. 🙂 So that was that. During the shows, I usually paint- in between laughing and looking up and down- and tonight I decided to go with a purple. I’ve posted “Bite the Bullet” before. But I didn’t really care for it. So here is another attempt.
Again, I want to use my Red Angel stamp collection. This time I went with plate RA-104. I did 2 coats of Wet’N’Wild’s “Bite the Bullet” (which is a pretty lavender/lilac color) and then topped it with SV. It then stamped using Color Club’s “Rad Nomad” (which is a gray color). Both polishes are creams and I liked the outcome.
Happy Thursday! I’ve decided to try out my new stamps from Red Angel. I used plate RA-109. I love these plates! I hope you like them too. As for my colors, I did 2 base coats of my Color Club Shabby Drab, which I mistakenly labeled. LOL. I did 2 coats of that and then one coat of my fast dry Seche Vite top coat. I then stamped using my Ulta Wild Night. I love love love this color combo. I wasn’t expecting it to be such a good stamping polish? But I like it. 🙂 So here it goes!
Happy Wednesday! I have to clear up my blog. lol. I’ve been posting my Color Club colors with the wrong names. Thanks to one of my commenters 🙂 I can now correct that information.
